I thought I would share with you a little about myself… and what a virtual assistant can help you with. I am Melissa I am 21 years old and live in the Peak District. I have a criminology and psychology degree which has given me a wide range of academic and presentation skills.

I have a huge amount of customer faced service in the hospitality industry, and have also worked closely with vulnerable service users in a hospital and daycare centre. Through this experience I have built confidence to communicate with internal and external agencies and also enhanced my communication skills to ensure the best quality of service is received by my clients/customers.

I most recently have a role within an organisation for which I have the responsibility for administration duties, such as emails, travel arrangements being rail, flights and hotel and bookings for other general occasions, for which I am police checked.
